With Satiny Skin Co Money Back Guarantee, if you do not get results after 12 weeks of consistent use, we will give you a full refund. This guarantee is valid within 90 days of purchase. If it has been more than 90 days since you purchased your Laserskin Device, then you are illegible for a refund. The Laserskin Device must still be in usable condition with the original contents included.

Please follow these steps below if you wish to return your item for a refund: 
1. Email with subject header "90 Day Money Back Guarantee" 
2. Describe the problem and make sure you've used it for 12 weeks consistently already 
3. Our support team will confirm that it has been within 90 days since your purchase 
4. Once approved, return our device in its original packaging within 7 days 
5. Once returned, the device purchase price will be refunded to you 
Please note that incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. 
The buyer takes full responsibility for postage costs.

Results from IPL treatments vary from person to person. This is because everyone has different hair colors, skin tones, hair growth cycles, and as a result, we all respond differently to IPL due to our genetic differences. However, the greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently for the recommended period of time.

For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your device. Because of these reasons (just like at laser clinics) we cannot guarantee the same results for everyone, and therefore are not able to refund any buyers if it has been more than 90 days since they purchased.


If there is any technical problem with your Laserskin Device we will give you a replacement product free of charge! This warranty covers any defective problems with your Laserskin Device and is applicable for 12 months since the date of purchase.

Please follow the steps below if you wish to return your item for a replacement: 
1. Take a clear video showing how the product is defected 
2. Email explaining the defect with the video attached
3. Once approved, send it to us as instructed with all the original contents it came with 
4. Once received, a replacement device will be sent out to you within 7 days 
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on your location, the time for you to receive the exchanged product will vary, however a tracking number will be provided and you will be guided through the whole process.
